Asparagus Saute
1/2 cup olive oil
3/4 tsp. salt (to taste)
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Cook garlic and S & P in a large skillet. Add aspasparagus, cook 10 minutes. Turn asparagus to cook evenly. Sprinkle lemon juice on top right before serving.
