How to meet a Witch

First, put your clothes on inside out.
Then walk backwards to where two roads meet.
If you wait until midnight, you will see a witch!

Witch

Five Little Pumpkins sitting on a Gate

Five little pumpkins sitting on a gate,
The first one said,
"Oh my, it's getting late."
The second one said,
"But we dont care."
The third one said,
"I see witches in the aire."
The fourth one said,
"Let's run, and run, and run."
The fifth one said.
"Get ready for some fun."
Then whoosh went the wind,
and wout went the light,
And five little pumpkins rolled out of sight!

Walk into my Palor
by Mary Howitt

"Will you walk into my parlor?"
said the spider to the fly;
"Tis the prettiest little palor that you ever did spy.
The way into my palor is up a winding stair,
And I have many curious things to show when you are there."
"Oh no, no!" said the little fly,
"to ask me is in vain;
For who goes up your winding stair
can never dome down again."

Halloween
by Myra Cohen Livingston

Green cat eyes
in midnight gloom
fly with the witch
on her ragged broom
over dark hills where
bonfires loom

Three Witches from Macbeth by William Shakespeare

Three Witches from Macbeth

by William Shakespeare

Round about the cauldron go;
In the poison’d entrails throw.

Toad, that under cold stone
Days and nights hast thirty one
Swelter’d venom sleeping got,
Boil thou first i?the charmed pot.

     Double, double toil and trouble;
     Fire burn and cauldron bubble.

Fillet of a fenny snake,
In the cauldron boil and bake;
Eye of newt, and toe of frog,
Wool of bat, and tongue of dog,

Adder’s fork, and blind-worm’s sting,
Lizard’s leg, and howlet’s wing,
For a charm of powerful trouble,
Like a hell-broth boil and bubble.

     Double, double toil and trouble;
     Fire burn and cauldron bubble.

Concrete Garden

Extended memories passing by
Movies of ancient times
Long ago
Not more than phantoms of the past
Lurking in the distance

Distorted visions clearing up
Growing and fading
Poorly defined pictures
From another reality

Touched by fate
Slowly very slowly
Veiled with imaginations
Images of the past

Now I´m walking through
My own concrete garden
My own privatesphere of
My own memories
Of fictional nature.

In the concrete garden
Is no place to hide
Never see a light in the concrete garden

Concrete Garden
by Dan Tee

I stand here at night in the concrete garden ~

Phantoms around me, I hear their cries

encompasing me in a terror I love

The souls are exciting- they make me jump

Spirits in stone & gouls on the breeze

I dare them to take me with every out breath

I feel them near me - I see them in thoughts

Horror is wryth as I stand here alone.

Autumn
 A season of falling leaves
And hibernating trees
Of gathering and hoarding
Of frosty, sparkling, misty mornings

A season for crunching and munching
For chestnut roasting
And crumpet toasting
For bonfire flames dancing
In the midnight air

A season got listening
To racing winds whistling
Through sleepy undressed branches
And for children chasing the host
Of whirling, twirling

Ghost and Goblins
Candy galore
Skeletons and monsters
And all the decor
Carved pumpkins
Glowing in the night
Witches on their brooms
Oh what a fright
Kids in their costumes
Going door to door
Singing trick or treat
And we want more
Boos in the night
Chills in the air
Warning all the people
Watch out, beware
Spooky spooky
Don't you scream
It's just me wishing you
Happy Halloween !!
