After one has passed through the first two levels of Reiki, they will have the option of continuing their practice and training. Advanced Reiki training allows one to move deeper into the different energies that can be channeled and used for healing techniques. From here, they will be certified to heal others as a practitioner.

Advanced Reiki training practices will usually last for three to four days. Different techniques from the first two levels will be reviewed and added onto during these trainings. There will also be chances to learn different attunements and move into channeling other sources of universal energies for healing methods.

This specific training course is used to improve healing skills. It will also help you to learn to channel Reiki energies more efficiently. From these two basic concepts in the advanced Reiki training, one is then able to gain new energy techniques and ideas that they can use in their own healing.

The first things that will be taught in these courses are advanced attunements for clearing and healing chakras. This is not only for your own healing, but also so you know which attunements to use when you are helping another to heal. There will also be new symbols that will be used in relation to this. These are known as master symbols and attunements. It is also expected that meditation techniques will be focused on for parts of the training.

Another concept that will be taught in relation to this is how to clear the Reiki Aura. By knowing how to do an aura clearing, you can advance in your healing techniques by focusing on different types of problems within someone. In relation to this, you will be able to incorporate reading auras on others. Many refer to this as body scanning or psychic readings. These will help when helping others to heal.

At this point, many Reiki instructors will branch off into different and unique techniques that can be used in relation to the traditional Reiki. Several instructors will teach you how to use crystals in healing. Others may focus on the use of sound in healing. The master levels can branch out at the end of the session or into other sessions. These will help you to gain more techniques in your healing practice.

The Reiki master, or advanced levels of training are designed for you to learn different techniques and methods that can be used for the healing of others and yourself. By taking part in the Reiki method at the advanced level, you will be able to become certified to become a teacher and practitioner of the Reiki method. By going through these courses, you will be able to heal others and yourself at an advanced level.

The uniqueness of each master, or advanced training, will rely on where you are and what you are interested in learning at the master level. Through the advanced levels, you will be able to provide unique and different methods to your healing, balancing and relaxing practices.
