This is my thinking about it.
Recall that the "old" Jacoby 2NT used to use the 4-level jump by opener to show a void, but the modern trend  shows a 2nd 5 cd suit.   It is also felt that 1st Rnd Ctrl in the splinter suit ( in essence a void) can be shown at the next bid.. eg:
    1H                                      -  jac2NT!
    3H! ( extras + Cl splinter ) -  3S! ( cue) or 3NT! ( "Serious NT" asking for cues)
    4C!
 
BTW, I think you need to have this posted on the "mother board" ( General ).  Many don't use this board but I think they would find your treatment very interesting.
