Motivation is The Holy Grail of success.

Any diet plan out there will work IF you work IT!
So what makes us think that this one will work for you when all the others haven't?

Well, we cast a spell on the project that anyone buying this book would have no choice other than to drop pounds like rain. JUST KIDDING!!!!!!

That would NOT be appropriate!!! As tempting as it would be to do that, the repurcussions would be very nasty. Karma, what a concept!

The truth is, we've been there. Gone to a dozen or more diet programs, weighed and measured a million ounces of food, watched our scales develop manic/depression disorders, and have had drawers and closets full of clothes we could no longer fit in hoping that we could by the time they came back into style.
We've started a variety of excersize regimens and used jars of linement, rolls of ace bandages, suffered shin splints, charlyhorses, and sprained ankles.
We've been to support groups, Overeaters Anonymous, and other groups that cheered us, booed us, and patronized us that cared only about the almighty dollar.

What makes us different is that we REALLY, TRULY care about what each person who comes to us is going through, and we do our best to help those who are willing to help themselves.

We have found processes and procedures for you to learn WHY you are damaging your body and HOW to resolve those issues the REALLY work!

All it requires from you is COMMITMENT and an OPEN MIND.

With this book, you have opened doorway to a realm of possibilities you can't even imagine right now, but you will!!!

Finding what motivates you is the key.

For Qyzida, it was her health and strong desire not to re-experience the pain she went through in nearly loosing a foot due to having developed Type 2 Diabetes. Loosing her ability to eat however much she wanted was much preferred over loosing body parts, such as feet, kidneys, her eyesight, etc.

*For Lady Majyk, it was......add reason here

Now, you may not have the same set of motivations, but if you keep on the way you have been going, you very well might.
The dangers of high blood pressure, heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, arthritis, knee and hip joint pain, back pain problems, thyroid malfunction, pancreatic failure, kidney failure, and surgical repair are all very real no matter how much we deny them.

You need to write down what your motivation is to commit yourself to improving your physical health, and think about how that motivation will change the other aspects of your life. Aspects such as family relationships, friendships, workplace relationships, because it will.
Most of you will be in a world where you are expected to come last on a list of priorities.
Making a commitment to yourself will jolt that reality.
Many people will resent it or try to convince you that "just this once" will be ok and that you can go back to your commitment later. BE STEADFAST!!!!!!

MAKE YOUR HEALTH A PRIORITY

Visualize yourself as you were when you were little, about 3-4 years old. Find a picture of yourself when you were that age and place it somewhere prominent so you will see it often. Begin to think of that "Wee You" as someone you are commited to caring for, just as you would a child you had birthed.
You would be sure to have that wee one eat healthy foods and limit the amount of consumption to a reasonable level and make sure they got out to play and got some excersize, wouldn't you?
You would bust a gut to make sure she was loved and happy too. Any person who presumed to tell you that that wee one should be put on a shelf for themselves would be risking a mother's wrath, wouldn't they?
Keep that "Wee You" close to your heart and mind, and care for them tenderly and fiercely and to blazes with whoever would do them harm.
Regardless of the objections of those who are used to you jumping whenever they hollar "FROG!", (and they will have plenty) you will still be able to care for them just as you would if you actually had another child in your life, they just need to adjust their thinking and do more for themselves and gain some respect for you. If you are STEADFAST, I promise, they will.

So if you are ready......Lets get started!!!
