As the wheel turns through the Sabbats thought it would be a good time to remind everyone about the first degree final Sabbat essays.

The final requires 3 essays on your Sacred Mists online Sabbat experience with a minimum of 500 words each. What is more important than the word count is that you share your experience of the Sabbat fully! How the Sabbat impacted your inner state? How did the Sabbat help you embody the spirit of the season and the turning of the wheel? Did anything jump out at you as symbolic or synchronistic? How has your mind/body/spirit changed as a result of the Sabbat? Dig deeply into the experience of the ritual!

The best way to do this is to write your essay after the ritual or within a few weeks of the ritual, noticing what has changed within and without since the ritual.

As many of you are wrapping up the first degree lessons, I look forward to reading of your experiences!
