You have come a long way since you first came to Light & Shadows and have been true to your path. It is my joy to give you this most important test to finalize this degree. Take your time and answer as thoroughly as you can for each question. I expect it to be well written and you are to use your knowledge you have learned . Write from your heart and reread each answer to make sure it is complete and makes sense. I will be grading very strictly on this and it is important that you dig deep within to your core knowledge. It is there.
I ask that if you are unsure about a question...then skip it. You will return to them after you answer the ones you do know.
Answer FIRST, all the questions you can without looking up answers. When you have written all that you know, Then you may go into L&S boards and on the net to research.
Take your time as I want you to completely understand each question subject and then answer in your own words after you have researched to re-familiarize yourself with this subject.

FIRST DEGREE –A Novice Priest/ess.
- The First Degree Priest/ess should be familiar with the details of the Wiccan faith, having a thorough grounding in Wiccan philosophy and traditions.
- The First Degree Priest/ess should be able to answer most questions about Wicca on a practical (as opposed to philosophical) level.
- The First Degree Priest/ess should be able to take any role in ritual with reasonable confidence, short of ritual leader which will be taken on in 2nd degree training.

(THis must be written differently than your turned-in essays...but you may use your essays to reflect back on the ritual.) Be sure to include:

- Deities Invoked
