Lesson 17: Two Layer Shield
A reinforced shield, the two layer shield gives a bit more protection than the basic bubble shield. You may need to go into a situation in which you will be constantly bombarded with information and energy. This shield will allow for constant abuse that may come at you.
Keeping two layers requires a bit more energy to maintain so realize this. First create your basic shield by visualization. After this shield is up and stable, you want to give it an extra push of energy. This will split the shield into another layer.
Think of an orange. The skin is one layer and the pulp that encloses the meat of the orange is another layer. The outer layer is thick and tough and can take quite a bit of abuse while protecting the inner layer. The inner layer of the orange while seemingly fragile and supple, is just enough to protect the meat of the orange itself. Just enough for the orange to be able to grow into another tree.
This analogy is applied to this shield. The inner layer is a thin egg type shield, basic in structure and type of a gently force field. This keeps your good energy contained near you. The outer layer is thicker and more tough for negative forces to deal with. Therefore, it is harder to penetrate. Note that the area between the first and second shield is a good buffer similar in analogy to an air pocket. The shields, of course, can be a thickness you prefer them to be so the shield is tailor fit for you.
[Luna] If you have to go into a court situation, or any authoritative negative situation, this is perfect. Having to deal with identity fraud, I made that call every week to prove myself innocent and make sure I was proven innocent. When I’ve been called to a meeting with a manager from being wrongly accused of something, this shield is my personal choice. Also, if there is an unavoidable negative experience that takes you unawares, this shield is effective; however, caution is advised that you do not trap any negativity in your shield. It can be tricky.
Other variations:
Adding color will help your Two Layer Shield be more effective and useful. Choosing a calming color for the inner shield will directly affect you depending on your specific meaning of the color. This color on this shield will not affect others as it is on the inner shield.
Adding a color to the outer shield will directly affect others but not yourself. Be aware that the colors you choose may or may not mesh to change the tint and hue of the color. Adjust the shield accordingly.
Exercises:
1. Practice forming your first layer for your shield. Then, give that extra energy ‘bump�?to split the shield into a double shield.
2. After you can form the double shield, practice maintaining it for a length of time beginning with a few seconds and gradually increasing in time to a few minutes to an hour, etc.
3. After you can maintain this shield, practice forming in out in public. This is a strong shield so be careful where you use it.
4. Begin adding color to the inner shield. Be mindful that with the enclosed space, the effect will be amplified.
5. Begin adding color to the outer shield. Notice the tint and hue as your inner shield stays clear. The color will show through and affect you as well as others.
6. Add color to both the inner and outer shields. Be mindful of the possible changes of tints and hues of the individual colors and adjust accordingly.
