Namaste Foods Spice Cake (with Carrot Cake Variation)

 

The Spice Cake is Gluten, Wheat, Potato, Soy, Corn, Dairy, and Casein Free. The package size is 1 lb 10 oz (737 g) Enough to make Two 9" layers.

 

 The directions were easy to follow and only 3 additional ingredients were needed. There were additional instructions to make it into a carrot cake. There was also a very helpful note about using egg replacers something I wish more recipes/mixes contained.
