staying away from fast food-we do treat ourselves once a week and go out to dinner.  And I have been drinking LOTS of water and walking at night!

I started weight watchers Feb 1st and have lost 12 lbs so far.  I also joined Curves last Friday.  I am really commited to losing this extra baggage for summer.  I hope that I can do it!

exercising more often, cut out junk food and having more fresh fruits and vegetables. i was eating out a lot and having way too much junk food. i ended up putting on 7 pounds since since my medical checkup in june. ever since i have cut out junk food and increased my exercise, i feel better. i know that i did not put the weight on overnight and it will come off. i have my husband, family and friends support. that will help me to lose my extra weight and keep it off.

I'm new here, but I'll dive in lol.  I'm late on the getting healthy.  That was going to be a priority this year.  Was admitted Easter Sunday to the hospital, was bleeding to death..had to have a unit of blood...two surgeries and a breakdown later, I'm missing a uterus.  Hey, that's healthy!  lol

But seriously, I'm really looking at eating better, getting out now and fighting of what remains of this depression that's had a hold of me.  Making some life changes, especially on the positive thinking.
