this is an american company that I am thinking of buying this off for Brett for our 3rd wedding anniversary this year.....

I am worried naturally cos its american and if something is wrong it will be harder to get it exchanged or refunded and also worried of it getting lost between US and here.

would you girls do it? if you have sometime and dont mind, could you have a bit of a look at them and tell me if you think its too risky?

they have a guarantee policy and all just scary I guess.

I would probably risk it. I havnt bought anything from overseas yet but have wanted to and figure when I do I will just have to take that risk then if it goes wrong I will have learnt my lesson lol iykwim.

It is a really nice gift and good price I recon.

Thanks girls, I think I will, what I am getting is not that expensive anyway so if I lose out its only 30 odd dollars. Lucky AU$$ and US$$ is on par at the moment.

they do have some nice gifts hey?

Oh and Janna a lady said on the radio the other day that if you are gonna buy off the net to just make sure the site has there return policy displayed somewhere cos that will show they're a good site, which they did so I think I will do it.

well as I said to Janna on msn, I really want to cancel my account with them now cos they have all my details like name address phone etc but I cant see anywhere on their stupid website how to do it so I have messaged them 3 times and will wait and see if I get an answer tomorrow.....grrr!

I searched the net for something even remotely the same close to home but couldnt find a thing so looks like its back to the drawing board. Oh well I still have about 6 weeks or so.

Have they msg'd you back yet about deleting your deets?

Have you seen in places like kodak maybe even chemists? they sort of engrave or whatever photos onto glass and various things. Maybe you could look at something like that and they maybe be able to put the soulmate writing on there too?

Just an idea that popped into myhead.

yes thank goodness, they sent an email to say they deleted my account. yay!

Oh and yes Hayles I thought of those too, I saw them on ebay but have seem them in Garricks up here so might go ask about them.
