April Update Well... it's April already and there's a lot to say in this edition! I've plenty of artist permisssions and only a few revokings which is pretty cool. I've begun updating the "downloads" page, by the end of today I should have uploaded an A-Z of the artists I have at the moment and carried on with some misc. tubes. All are through megaupload. if you would like to use it for a strictly personal (such as your computer's desktop wallpaper) or educational (such as a report for school on digital art,) non-profit purpose, then i don't mind, and you don't need to ask my permission.
if you would like to use it on another website, some form of printed material, or any other public use, i generally do not mind as long as it is non-profit and i am given visible credit. (this includes PSP groups.) if you are unsure, please ask my permission first.
if you would like to use it for some sort of commercial material, please ask me for permission BEFORE using it.

Hiya! LOVE ya artwork... seen some of your work that has been tubed for making tags in Paintshop Pro... have you got terms of use for your artwork anywhere? If so.. I'd love to use the tubes that are being offered, haven't downloaded any yet before contacting you. I would of course adhere to your TOU. A: I'm sorry, but no. If you're making money off my art, that's not cool. If you want to use my art in a project, usually the art I produce has characters already been copyrighted by someone else or has my own characters which I am quite protective over since they are still relatively new to the world, and I don't want to see them produced in ways other than my own makings. So thanks for the interest, but I'll have to pass.

Attention Signature Group Members - I've signed with Creative Image Licensing and Management (CILM). They'll be handling the distribution of my digital images to signature groups as of March 11th, 2007. As of today I have pulled permission on the use of my artwork in signature groups; please refrain from using my images until you've purchased a license for their legal use. I've been gratified by the response of so many of you - not merely that you like my work, but that you've been scrupulous in following my rules for use and in putting my name and copyright notice on your tags. I'm happy to have found CILM to handle my images, and I feel they will give you the best customer service possible on my behalf. I realize many of you have spent hours upon hours creating tags with my artwork. Please don't throw them away. Instead, when those images are released in image and tube packages, you'll be able to purchase them from CILM and continue to use and distribute them. If you have any questions or re quests concerning my images, please contact CILM customer service at: [email protected]. Thanks again for your support. My hope is that this will clear up any problems and uncertainties, and I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with my artwork in the future.
