Slice breadstick into aprox inch thick slices...
Spread with mayo or butter if desired.
Add lettuce, then cold meat.
followed by cheese and tomatos etc.
secure all with a toothpick.
Top all with Gherkin, cherry tomato or olive.
These are very decorative looking and you can vary your meats, lettuce etc.
