You Found It; Good.         Now all you have to do is Click on the side bar to visit the different pages. To read messages click on MESSAGES which will take you to the message page. Click on  the one you want,  then click on the individual messages. To write a message, either click on Reply to post a comment on that thread or to start a new thread, click on new message.
