1. Peel & slice boiled eggs and set aside
2. Slice onion into rings and pan fry
3. Add corn flour/flour to pan together with curry pwd stir until moistened
4. Add water to pan to make gravy,and stir until all flour is blended and gravy has thickened.
5. Add sliced eggs to curry sauce and stir gently on low heat.
Serve on toast.
