Jelly Whip.

Ingredients

1 pkt. jellycrystals

 

1 cup boiling water

 

1 cup chilled evaporated milk.

 

 

 

 

 

Procedure

* Make jelly with 1 cup boiling water only

 

* Allow to almost set in fridge

 

* Whip cup of chilled evaporated milk until it stands in peaks

 

* Slowly stir almost set jelly through the evaporated milk

 

* Set in Fridge.

 

Before serving decorate as desired.
