Ingredients

 

EasyPeach Pie

 

3 to 4 large peaches sliced

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup white sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons flour

2 eggs (beaten well)

one pie shell.

 

 

Procedure

Cream butter.  

Add dry ingredients to the butter,

beat in eggs.

   Place peach slices in crust, and pour mixture over the peaches.

 

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes .   

 Then turn oven down to 350 degrees and continue cooking until peaches are tender and custard is set.
