Hi everyone , welcome to the new page Goal to Cruise. This page is for all of us who have a weight loss goal to reach for the cruise. This is a support page for everyone. The idea is for everyone to log on each day and talk about their day, how they went , if they were good and ate healthily or if they need some moral support because it was really tough that day.
