Power of Choice

By empowering ourselves with the realization that our life is a series of choices we make, we are freeing ourselves from the constraints of dependency on our overweight selves.

You need to fix firmly in your mind, the fact that we are our own islands among islands, in this wide and wonderful stream of life.  We choose to exist alone or we choose to live fully with all of the benefits we can acquire of life, including health.

Weight Loss is Yours<O:P> </O:P>

Weight loss is yours if you desire it.  You must want to lose weight, more than you want to be fat.  Our choices sit on a scale, which slides back and forth depending on the intensity of our desires...the focus of our will.

You must be willing to change your lifestyle to acquire your desire.  That is a small price to pay for the joys of clothes shopping, slow comfortable yoga stretches, a vibrant sex life and the flush of good health.  A very small price indeed, for all the benefits that a healthy weight has to offer.

All that is required from you is a commitment.  Not to me or your spouse or kids.  The commitment is to you.  You must make a commitment to your own health and take steps to improve it.  If you don’t do this for YOU, then you will remain overweight. It's pretty simple.

Please repeat this loudly -
