Hi , ok Lesley I know you can't do much exercise for now so just stick to the incidentals, like walk to the letterbox or change the channel by going to the tv no remote, etc. I'm sure with healthy eating, that is fruit and vegies and a little carbs and meat you will be fine.
(I didn't have much wine so it cont hurt. I have washed most of my walls over the break and yesterday I washed my bedroom walls and moved furniture and did a huge clean out (although I havn't finished yet, NEARLY) and I did it just in time because my house is getting painted inside and out yippee. BUt I am in agony I ache everywhere
