Mince,cabbage and rice dish.


Ingredients

1 pound lean or extra lean mince
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
1 small cabbage
1 onion, chopped
1 cup of uncooked rice
1 - 2 cans of tomato soup mixed with equal amounts of water
 

Procedure

 
Brown the mince and onion in pan, add some garlic for flavour if you like, salt and pepper
Slice cabbage into bite-size pieces and pre-boil for about 10 - 15 minutes
Put all ingredients into a large, greased casserole and cover with soup mix.
Cover dish with lid or alfoil and place on an alfoil covered baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 350F oven for one hour or until cabbage is really tender.
