I won't put a set amount of vegies it is up to each individual what quantity the wish to make. The vegetables in this recipe are to each personstaste and you can add or take away what you like. (try to use free vegies unless eating as a small meal) carrots onion zuchinni potato (limited) egg plant capsicum tomato (chopped or whole cherry tomatoes) crushed garlic
