Grilled Pears Stuffed with Walnuts, Raisins and Bleu de Bresse Cheese Ingredients 1 can Pear Halves (reserve 1 tbsp of syrup for stuffing) 1/4 cup Raisins 1/4 cup Chopped Toasted Walnuts 1/4 cup Brown Sugar 1/4 cup Bleu de Bresse Cheese, cut into 8 cubes 1 cup Strawberry or Fruit Coulis 4 sprigs Fresh Mint Indoor Preparation Mix walnuts, raisins, brown sugar and 1 tsp of pear syrup in a stainless steel bowl, set on warm side of the grill. | Outdoor Preparation Grill pears over high heat.
