Cut up roast into bite size pieces. Add all spices to your taste And start cooking on low temp. Saute' mushrooms while beef is browning. Cook meat and mushrooms till tender. Cook noodles as instructions indicate. Make your instant potatoes or homemade....( for home made recipe go to vegetable section) . When meat is done cooking take out of pan and put somewhere to keep warm. Now to the juice add cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, and 1 can of milk. Stir to make gravy, until all is smooth.
Put a scoop of mashed potatoes on plate with some noodles over it and beef on top of that...Then add gravy on top of everything.
