EASY EGG & CHEESE SANDWICH EASY EGG & CHEESE SANDWICH Mustard flavors this breakfast cheese, ham and egg-topped English muffin. Preparation | 15 min. | Broiling | 2 min. | Ingredients: - 4 English muffins, split
- 4 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 2 hard-cooked All Natural Farm Fresh Eggs, sliced*
- 4 (3/4-ounce each) slices American Cheese
- 8 (1-ounce) slices deli ham
Instructions:
Heat broiler. Place muffin halves onto ungreased baking sheet. Broil 3 to 5 inches from heat until light golden brown (1 to 2 minutes). Spread each muffin half with 1/2 teaspoon mustard.
Remove 4 muffin halves from baking sheet. Top remaining muffin half with 1 slice ham, 3 slices egg, 1 slice cheese and 1 slice ham.
Broil muffin halves 3 to 5 inches from heat until cheese just begins to melt (1 to 2 minutes). Top with remaining muffin halves.
