Preheat oven to 350*. grease and flour a 9xx13 inch baking pan. Sift flour and baking powder together and set aside. Cream butter and 1 cup sugar together until fluffy. Add eggs and 1/2 t. vanilla, beat well. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, mixing well until blended. Pour batter into prepared pan, bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and use a fork or skewer to pierce top of cake, allow to cool. Combine whole milk, sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk, pour over top of the cooled cake. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, combine heavy cream, remaining 1 cup sugar and remaining 1 t. vanilla, whip till stiff peaks form. Spread over top of cake. |
