Baked Pork Chops and Apples Baked Pork Chops and Apples Ingredients 4 porkchops 1 1/2 tsp Kitchen Booquet 1 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 2 tsp flour 1 c water 1 tbsp vinger 2 tbsp brown sugar 1/2 c seedless rasins 4 apples Procedure Brush the pork chops with kichen booquet and brown in frying pan over moderate heat. Remove to a shallow baking dish andspinkle with salt and pepper. Stir, flour into fat in frying pan and add water , vinger, sugar, and raisins, Cook., stirring contantly, until thickened, Core tge aookes abd cyt ubti wedges. Arrange on pork chops and poor sauce over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min or until chops are tender, basting occasionally. Serve immediately Serving Information - Serves: 4
