Early in day ....Dip chicken into flour mixed with salt. In hot greas in skillet saute' until golden on all sides, remove to 3 quart casserolle dish. Pour off all fat except 2 tbsp from the skillet . In skillet saute' onion until golden and tender. Add celer, green peper , catsup , water, worcertershire, brown sugar, and pepper. Pour over chicken....Refrigerate.
About 2 hr before serving , Start heating oven to 350 . Bake Chicken covered 1 hour 20 min. If you want you can add corn , and cook covered for another 25 minutes until chicken is fork-tender
