Ham and Rice Casserole Ham and Rice Casserole Ingredients 2 c cooked chopped ham 1 tsp salt 1/4 c pepper 1 egg slightly beaten 1 c milk 4 c cooked rice Procedure Season the ham with salt and pepper. Mix the egg with milk. Place half the rice in a greased casserole and spread hallf the ham mixture over rice. Cover with half the egg mixture and repeat layers. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 - 40 minutes Serving Information - Serves: 8
