Hamburger Casserole Hamburger Casserole 1-2 pounds hamurger ( depending on family size) 4 store bought bisket containers 2 for top layer 2 for bottom or two pizza crust containers which ever you prefer. 2 16 count singel wrapped cheese american 1 family sized can of cream of mushroom soup 1 small to medium onion Brown the beef in a pan when finished drain grease add the onion to your prefrence then stir in the can of mushroom soup. In an 11by 16 pan (at least that is what I use) Cover the bottom of pan by rolling the biskets flat and lining the pan cover them with cheese then add the hamburger with onion and mushroom soup on top. Cover with layer of cheese. then cover top with the last two containers of biskets by rolling them flat. Bake for ten minutes or until golden browned. Seems like a lot of work when i type it, but this is a favorite of mine and my family it is good and it doesn't take long to make.
