Beef Stroganoff Beef Stroganoff Ingredients 1 1/2 lb roundsteak, cut in sm cubes 1/4 c oil 2 c mushrooms 1 c sm onions ( optional) 3 tbsp of flour 1 bay leaf q tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/4 c tomatoe paste 1 c comsomme minced garlic to taste 1/2 c of sour cream Procedure Brown the steak in oil in a skillet. Add the mushrooms and onions and cook for 5 minutes longer. Stir in flour. Add remaining ingredents except sour cream and place in a casserole. Cover . Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour . Remove from oven and stir in sour cream. Serving Information - Serves: 6
