Broccoli/Potato Chicken Dish
Ingredients
4 cups peeledand diced potatoes 16 ounces frozen broccoli 1 cup leftover chicken, cut up 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 10 3/4 ounce can mushroom soup
Procedure
Put potatoes in large casserole dish. Add broccoli, cheese, chicken, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix together and cover, bake 1 1/2 hours stirring about halfway through cooking. Done when potatoes are soft.
