Cut the steak in 1 - inch cubes. Mix the flour and the papirika and the steak with the flour mix. Brown in small amount of hot fat in a skillet. Add the salt and pepper and place in a large casserole. Add the soup and water to dripplings in skillet and bring to a boil , stirring constantly. Pour over steak and onions.
