"Punkin" Bars "Punkin" Bars Ingredients 2 cups (1 can) pumpkin 2 cups sugar 4 eggs 1 1/2 sticks melted butter 2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon Topping 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) 8 ounce package cream cheese 1/2 teaspoon vanilla chopped pecans, optional Procedure Preheat oven to 325*. Grease 10x15" pan Beat together butter and sugar. Add pumpkin and eggs and beat until smooth. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Pour into baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool completely. Topping: Mix powdered sugar, 1 stick unmelted butter, cream cheese, vanilla and pecans (if desired), until desired consistancy and spread over bars. Serving Information - Serves: 20
