Banana Bread
Ingredients
Ingredients 1 c rice flour3 eggs1 c potato starch1/2 c sugar1/2 c soy flour1/2 t salt3 t GF baking powder1/2 c corn oil3 large or 4 small bananas (mashed)2 T water1/2 c chopped nuts

Procedure
Directions Mix flours, starch and baking powder. Blend togethereggs, sugar salt, oil and water. Blend in the mashedbananas. Stir in the dry ingredients. Add the nuts. Pour into an 8 1/2 x 4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
