DISSOLVE: 2 packages yeas 1/2 cup warm water 1 table spoon sugar
COMBINE: 1/2 cup sugar 1 yeaspoon salt 1 cup warm milk 1/2 cup melted butter
ADD: 3 beaten eggs 6 cups sifter flour
Knead 15-20 minutes until smooth. Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise until doubled. Punch down; knead 1 more minute. Let rest 10 minutes.Devide dough into 8 balls and place a hard boiled egg in the center. Take a pinch of dough from each ball and roll into logs. Form a cross around each egg and dough and tuck underneath. Let rise 1 hour. Brush bread completely with 1 egg white and a tablespoon of water. ake at 350° for 1 hour.
