Russian Homemade Mayonnaise 1 ea egg
1/2 ts Dijon mustard
1/2 ts Sea salt
1/4ts White pepper
1-1/2 ts White wine vinegar
1 c corn oil
2 tb lemon juice

Yield: 1-1/4 cups
Place all ingredients except oil & lemon juice into blender.
Process for 5 secs. in your blender.
While motor is running, add oil at a drizzle increase into a in a thin stream after 15 secs.
Once all your oil has been added stop motor & taste.
Add lemon juice to taste.
If the sauce is too thick you should thin with lemon juice.
If too thin process a little longer or add the cooked yolk of an egg.
