Ham and Potato Casserole 1 (24oz.) package frozen hash browns with onions and peppers 3 cups cooked, cubed ham 1 (10oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 (10oz.) cancream of celery soup 1 (8oz.) package shredded cheddar cheese In large bowl, combine hash browns ham, soups, 1/3 cup water, salt and pepper. Spoon into greased 9x13 dish. Bake covered at 350 for 40 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle cheese over casserole and bake another 5 minutes.
