Low-Fat Gronola Low-fat Granola
GRANOLA Mix 3 cups oats 1 cup wheatgerm 2 tbsp. flax seeds (optional) 2 tbsp. apple juice concentrate 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/3 tsp. vanilla
Pour into baking pan with sides. Bake in 300 F oven for 25 min. Stir at 15 min. Store in refrigerator. Can also sprinkle on yoghurt or fresh fruit.
