Ingredients 2 (6 inch) pocket breads 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 small onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 2 oz (1/2 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese 4 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions Heat oven to 450 F. Split pocket breads into 4 rounds; place each cut side up on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread tomato sauce over rounds to within 1/4 inch of edges. Arrange onion and green pepper evenly over tomato sauce; sprinkle with cheeses. Bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut each round into 6 wedge-shaped pieces.
