Cocktail Meat Balls Cocktail Meat Balls
Ingredients: 1 lb. ground chuck 1 egg, beaten 1 Tbs. cornstarch 2 Tbs. minced onion 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation: Combine all ingredients and shape in small meat balls.
Sauce Ingredients: 1 (12-oz) bottle chili sauce 1 (8-oz) jar grape jam (can use sugar free)
Combine in pot, chili sauce and grape jam. Bring to boil; stir. Drop in meat balls and cook 7 minutes. Serve in chafing dish.
Note: Make certain the meatballs are completely done before serving. I pan-fry mine for a few minutes before placing in the sauce.
