Double Chocolate Munchies Double Chocolate Munchies
1 c softened butter 2 c sugar 2 eggs 4 sqr unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled. 2 t vanilla Extract 2-1/4 c all-purpose flour 1 t baking soda 1 t salt 1/4 t ground cinnamon 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 c chopped pecans
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in chocolate and vanilla. In a seperate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Use a tablespoon to make mounds of the mixture and place them 2-inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10-to-12 minutes or until tops are "cracked". Remove to wire rack to cool. Recipe makes about four dozen.
