1 cup sour cream 2 pinches salt 3 cups sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla 5 cups pecans
Bring first 3 ingredients to a soft boil - to 240 degrees. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir until cool, add pecans. Quickly spreadout on wax paper. Break pecans apart.
