Annette has just recieved a computer from Tonya, (My Niece) and when she tries to turn it on, she gets prompted for a Password, before it fully boots up.

In the middle of the screen it says 'Power Password' and a box to add the password. She got a numbered password to enter, from Tonyas daughter, but it isn't the right one.

 

Is there some way she can bypass this or change the password long enough to maybe stop the prompt?

 

Also how would she go about stopping the password protection altogether?

 

I was told a 'tech' could help with this, so I'm asking you Techie
