Here are a few Basic pointers, on how to Navigate the Boards. First of all, A Musical Family Welcome (Right click on the link and and open in new window, so you can listen, while you read this message, or surf the boards)   You will see all the newest things that have been added to the posts, by Clicking HERE  which will get you to the All Messages Board.  I have The All Messages Board added to the Favorites Tab at the top of my screen, so it doesn't get 'lost'. *hint: All links are underlined, like the word here, above. And are usually a different color than the rest of the text. Clicking a link will take you to the place it indicates. Feel Free to navigate by clicking each individual board, and check to see if there is something new on that board. To see what the boards are all about, click each one, and click each 'button', and 'link'. Play around. *(A Board or Page, is a Title on the list, on the left side of  your screen.) *Whenever you want to add a comment to an existing Thread,              click Reply on that thread. *Whenever you want to start a new thread, with a new 'title' for a thread,               click New Discussion, and add your title. Click the arrow under your 'Thread' title, to pick the board heading (catagory) (general, or jokes, or if it's a recipe, pick the catagory for that recipe, etc) Then write your post, and click Send. *(Small talk will mostly be under the General Board.) I  tried to make the others Catagories or Boards, self explainatory.  Jokes under Jokes, etc. Current Events are announcements of things, and things of family interest. (Graduations at the Misc button,  Births at the Births button, Etc)   After you get your post sent, you will then click the heading at the top of your screen, *for example, if you have posted to an existing thread, at the top it will say All messages board, just click that, (if that is how you are entering the site) and If you have started a new thread, it will have the title of the board you posted to, at the top, so you will need to go to the Favorites tab, to get back to the all messages board. (or to get back to the All Messages Board, you can click the board that says Messages, scroll to the bottom and click read all messages at once) If you are just reading and not posting, you can click the 'Back' tab and it will take you to where you were, before you read the post. (or hit the Backspace key on your keyboard) After you have done this a time or two, it gets easier. It's only intimidating for a couple of times. Keep trying. Play with it.
