I couldn't get my flash to work again, but here are some pix of parts of our work. (I didn't change the pix date so it's not Jan 1. LOLOL)
The first pix is of the boarded and primed 'former' back door,
and the new back door, (stoop added)
Sorry - the mess was still there from the 'door-ectomy' 
When I cut the hole in the other side of the house for the patio door,
I'll have siding to cover the boards on this side.
Picture Number 2 is where the living room closet was, and is
now replaced with a new wall. The stuff hanging is old tv antenna wire,
coming from the attic. I'll cut that off and cover it with ceiling tile.
Picture #3 is a closeup of the ceiling, that still needs to be worked
on in the living room, where the old closet was.
This last Picture is of the new back door (inside view)
No flash, so the other pictures didn't show the bedroom walls
or the linin closet, or the inside view of the covering of the old back door.
