Good morning Everyone
Here it is October 8 2008, and things are happening
The weather is really cool, and damp in my area of South Dakota, It rained for a few days, and is going to rain again off and on for the rest of the week.
Annette has finally gotten out of 'the center' and is now in her own apartment. It's a one bedroom and is gorgeous. I'll let her be the one to tell you about it, when she feels better.
I have to get my butt in gear and finish the winterizing on the house, I don't have a lot of time remaining until it starts to snow. Some days just seem to go by and I didn't even see it.
Mom is doing good. We were up to see her last week, when we picked up the couch for Annette. She has gotten the bushes out, next to her steps, and has a new landscape in place now. Robbie did the work, and a fella with a bobcat hauled in the dirt. I think she is going to have flowers in there next year. It looks really nice. Richard furnished the landscape border pavers. She is satisfied with it, I think. She sure likes the way things are starting to shape up around there.
As for me, I'm still plugging away at things. I still dont' have the pad that goes under the laminate flooring, so that is still stacked in my bedroom. (unopened) I did get the 'tool' that I needed, from Jamie. She did some in her house and let me have the tool for mine.
Well that's about it for today, I'm sure there is a lot more that I haven't said, but it will have to wait.
Come on in and say hi once in a while. It would be nice to have some company in here.
Maybe some updates on what you've been up to.
