Crust Procedure
Cut together, flour and lard (or shortning).
Slowly pour water mixture into flour mix until dough sticks together.
May have to add a little water or flour depending on your ingredients
Divide into 2 balls.
Roll one into pie round. Put in pie pan.
Roll other round.
HINT: (The secret to good, FLAKEY pie crust is not to handle it too much. )
If it breaks when you go to put it in the pan. Patch it.
