Rhubarb Crunch
8 sticks of rhubarb
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp grated orange rind
3/4 cup flour
3/4 brown sugar
dash of salt 2oz butter
Chop rhubarb, in a bag throw in 1/2cup sugar, 1tbsp flour and orange rind add rhubarb and mix to well coated.
Put all these into a greased casserole dish. (You can add apples to this too if you wish)
With remaining ingredients mix together until fine breadcrumbs are formed, Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. Bake 350 degrees Time 45 mins
