Easy Pineapple Pie
20 oz. can crushed pineapple in syrup
1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 cup milk
4 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
9" graham cracker crust
Drain pineapple well.
Combine pudding mix and milk in medium bowl.
Beat 2 minutes until very thick.
Fold in Cool Whip, pineapple (drained), lemon peel and lemon juice.
Pour in crust.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Garnish as desired.
